Is there any option in organisational chart to show
different levels in reporting pattern. Like for example to
show General Manager and Additional General Manager
reporting to CEO at different levels.

Which version of PPT? If you're using 2002/2003, see if turning
autolayouts off on the diagramming toolbar allows you to do this.
