Is there any option in organisational chart to show
different levels in reporting pattern?. Like for example to
show General Manager and Additional General Manager
reporting to CEO at different levels.

Not that I'm aware. I'd probably just use PPT's own autoshapes and smart
connectors to draw the org chart so I'd have more control over these
kinds of layouts.
