Org Charts in PowerPoint 2002 are no converted properly

Is there a pacth that can be applied whereby my Org
Charts in PowerPoint 2000 can be maintained in PowerPoint
2002? The Org Chart opens in 2002 but when I try to edit
the Org Chart, it compleltey reformats the file. It would
be a great deal of work to re-enter all the org charts
and the reforamting creates a rather difficult version to
work with. Any options?
