I am working with a presentation that 14 offices must
update. Users are either on XP or 2K. The presentation
was created in 2K

I am getting emails that these offices cannot update the
org chart slides. Is it possible that the Org Chart
functionality is not loaded on some users computers? Is
this an add-in that can be downloaded?

I am fairly certain that these offices do not have copies
of the disks (we get our computers "ready-to-use" from
outsourced IT).

Is this a problem with how I created the file, or
something wrong with everyone else's computers? What is
the easiest (some users are very novice), fastest way to
resolve the issue?

Thank you!

OrgChart was available in 2000 but discontinued in 2002.
If you open a presentation containing them in 2002, you can view but not edit
them.

See this, particularly the last couple of paragraphs:

The server application, source file, or item can't be found (when editing
MSGraph, Excel Charts, Org Charts)
