Ordinary Windows Forms vs Win XP embedded Windows Forms Applicatio

Hi evereybody,
Can I use regular/normal Windows Forms Application that can run on
devices running on Windows XP Pocket PC Edition OS without installing Windows
XP Embedded SPs and Updates? Is there difference between ordinary Windows
Forms application and that of from Windows XP Embedded? Advanced Thanks.

Do you mind to expand on what you meant by "Windows XP Pocket PC Edition OS"?
If you are confused about XPe product or else you should read about it a little bit on MSDN.
