I have just updated to Windows XP from Windows 98. Now I can't order anything over the web. As you know, when you go to order anything on the internet, you must first fill in your name and/or email address and use a password. when my wife or I do this, we click on the "submit" button and the screen goes blank for a second then returns us to the login page. We thought this might be because the information on Windows 98 was different than on Windows XP but this morning she tried to order from a web page where she had not ordered anything from and the same thing happened. Any suggestions?
