ordering problems!

Just tried to phone overclock.co.uk and can't get through to anyone.
These guys have a good reputation but for someone like me who's not
ordered from them before it doesn't create a good impression. Is it
always this difficult to get them on the phone? :confused:

Tried to place an order online on novatech but items placed in the
basket disappear after a short while and it's driving me bonkers! :wall:

Please join me for a group arrrrggggghhhh! :D

I did order online but had clicked on 'phone ordering' for the payment method. I thought I'd just be able to call them to give them my credit card details but just can't get through. :(

Yes, I know I'm a noob. :nod:
 
Lol, Dont worry, can you retry and pay online? Do you have a credit card?
 
Aha, problem solved - I got a call back from a lady at overclock and she took my credit card details along with an item I removed from the basket by accident...

Example of my noober-ings - removed it from the basket because it was showing up out of stock (because it turns out that the last one was in my basket) and on removing it from the basket and submitting the order I found that the same item was in stock again....(cos I took it out of the basket). Confused myself init! :o :D

Problem with getting through to them is because they've moved premises recently according to the lady on the phone.

Thats usually to do with your cookie settings...

I've got my cookie settings on medium (IE 6 running on Win98SE). Also, adding to basket worked fine on overclock's website but not for novatech. :confused:

Anyway in the end I phone novatech to place my order. :)
