OrderBy Property

Trying to use the OrderBy Property of a Form. I want to
sort first by one field, then by another. I thought the
syntax was for a string--hence: "FieldName1","FieldName2"
But I am not having any success. Keeps sorting by the
primary key field. Suggestions?

Try this:

[FieldName1], [FieldName2]
