I have used this service many times. Today, when I try
to use it, there are no photos to choose from. When I
right-click, properties says there are 11. Any ideas?

I have never used this function, so I am guessing that maybe you have lost
functions that XP automatically performs with photos.
To see if my guess is right, place your mouse pointer over a .jpg photo
file. A textbox will open. The first item listed should be dimensions and it
should look like this:
Dimensions: 2048 x 1240 (or some other numbers depending on the size of the
photo).
If this item is not listed, do the following:
Click on Start, click on Run and type the following in the opening textbox:
REGSVR32 SHIMGVW.DLL
and press the Enter key.
Note that there is a space between ...32 and SHI...
This will take a few seconds to run. No harm of any kind to your computer
running this.

thing if it does not work.

I have the same problem, recently developed. When I try

to order prints on line - it shows 0 selected and doesn't
display any picture to choose from - previously it showed
all in the folder that I opened. If you find out what the
problem is, let me know. I recently upgraded my Office
programs and added a Sony flat screen display - but don't
think that has anything to do with the failure. If I
find out what the solution is, I'll let you know - if you
will do the same! Thanks!
