Order of Users in the Windows Logon

How do I put my name below another user's? This is my sister's computer, and she wants her name on top... but I accidentally created them in the wrong order... And now I have no idea how to switch which one is on top.
 
AFAIK, you can't.
They are alphabetical.

She could create a new account with a different name/nick name then
copy the data to new account:

Once sure new account is working properly, delete old account.
