Order of addresses in Distribution List

How do I change the order of addresses?
From Distribution List, it's sorted by First Name. From the actual message
sent with distribution, it's arranged by the second word (not last name) of
the name. If you put middle name there, it mess up the order. In fact, it
would be better if I have total control on the order, like putting my boss
on top.

Is there a way to do that?

No, Outlook will always revert to alphabetizing the order.
