Order by - Ascending/Descending

Hi,

I have a weird problem.
For the last couple of weeks, each time I open a browse window from any
application, such as file->open or file->save
the files are displayed in descending order.
Any ideas why?

Hi Mike,

On the browser, click the top of the column that you want them to sort
by (ie, name, type), an arrow will appear indicating the descending or
ascending order, if you find it is the wrong order, then click the top
of the column again.
