Oracle Lite

I know that Oracle Lite can be used on Windows CE. Does anyone know anything
about how it is compared to SQL Server Mobile 2005?

The far I know, Oracle Lite has a full SQL Engine, so Stored Procedures
included, that you don't have in SQL Mobile (?).
