I have not been able to get any oracle parameter to control the agntsrvc.log
file. Since agntsrvc is a log that is created only in Windows servers, i am
thinking maybe there is a way to limit that file via a Windows parameter. I
believe this type of information will have to be acquired from Microsoft
rather than Oracle.

I don't see the connection to .NET. If there is one, please elaborate.
Have you identified the process that creates the file? Is it used strictly
in connection with Oracle instances?
I ask because I cannot find such a file on a Windows box with SQL Server
installed.
Further, a quick Google Groups search for "agntsrvc.log" reveals numerous
posts in Oracle forums, indicating that the file is created by Oracle. I
suggest you ask your question in an Oracle support forum.
