I've looked through your recent archives, but can't find a solution for my
problem. I have Windows Vista with Windows Mail. When I click on Tools, a
windows comes up and shows several tabs. I have gone to the Send tab to
uncheck a couple of things I do not want operating. I notice that the
window is quite large and I cannot see APPLY and OKAY. Consequently, I
cannot have any of the options that I chose unchecked. Once I move out of
the Options window, everything goes back the way it was. I thought I could
minimize the size of the Options window, but no go on that. Does anybody
have any ideas how I can get to Apply and Okay on this window? Thank you
very much.

The window would have to be huge for the APPLY and OK boxes to not be
visible. Can you move the window to expose those options?

Your main problem is probably your screen size\resoloution.

To run windows vista and windows mail you really need at least 1024x768, or
preferably 1280x1024. You can find those details under start,
personalisation, display settings.

Set the resoloution slider to 1024x768 or higher. If you can't, there is a
problem with your grpahics drivers, but thats a question to ask in a
different newsgroup.

An alternative solution is to use the "tab" key. after setting the settings
you want, choose the "send" label at the top.

Next keep pressing the tab key on the keyboard repeatedly until you see a
dotted box around the word "send" at the top. Next press the tab key 15
times. Now press enter. That will save all the settings.

Thank you very much, Oliver. it worked out fine and I wish I had used my
noodle better as it wasn't a difficult fix. Thanks again.
