options not available

We have Windows XP and Frontpage 2002 installed. We have
created several web sites and attached sound files
successfully. Now after updating all Microsoft software
through the Microsoft web site the background sound option
on the page properties is greyed out and is not
available. We have uninstalled and reinstalled frontpage
to no avail. We cannot find any references to how this
option gets turned off. Are there any suggestions?
