W William Lefkovics [MVP] Dec 12, 2009 #4 Do you mean Outlook 2002 (from Office XP) to Outlook 2007? Categories remain an integral part of Outlook organization. When you open a contact, the Categorize feature resides in the Options section of the ribbon under the Contact tab.
