Option to answer phone call while on line.

Have a dial up connection, is there a way with windows XP
Home edition to have the option of answering a incomming
call on the same line the pc uses? Seems like I have
seen somewhere a small window that pops up and says
something like "Incomming call, do you want to Answer or

This feature is usually called "internet call waiting." Many telcos offer
this service. Do a search on the term and you will find many. Here's a
