So I added a field to my table to store the selection from the option
buttons. That works fine, is there a way to be able to choose more than one
option and store those results?
 
You can use separate Option Button, Checkbox or Toggle Button controls &
assign each one to a different field (Yes/No data type) as a Control Source.
If you want to make it look like an Option Group, just draw a rectangle
around them & format as desired.

Is this what you're looking to do?

Option Groups are used if there are more than just 2 (yes/no) choices to be
offered, but only one response can be stored in the field the group is
associated with. |:>)
