Optimum TIF cache file size

Does anyone have any experiences or opinions (preferably with supporting
reasons) for optimum cache file size for Temporary Internet Files in Internet
Explorer 6.0? I have a broadband connection, but even with broadband pages
seem to load faster from the cache. Right now I have it set for 50 MB.
