During installation of XP on a laptop, a text box is
displayed indicating that XP is being "optimized" for
display a laptop. I have since loaded some other drivers
into the system which have shrunk the appearance of XP
and would like to re"optimize" XP. Can anyone help?
Thanks greatly.

If this was a recent event, try using System Restore to go back to an earlier date.

You can also use the Driver Rollback feature that is available in the Control Panel/System/Hardware Tab/Device Manager button. Right click the device where you installed the new driver and click Properties/Driver tab/Roll Back Driver button. Follow the onscreen instructions.
