Dear, Microsoft Corporation

I wish to know if there is a proper manner in which to load the Microsoft
Windows Explorer processes into its on process to alleviate any load
monitoring problems with 512 MB of RAM?

Have you tried, "Launch folder windows in it's own process"?

You can also looking into Disabling Paging Executive.
This forces the core Windows OS to be kept into memory instead of being
paged out.
But with Windows XP and 512 RAM, I would not advise this.
