Optimizing an A7N8X-E Deluxe motherboard

Can someone help me decide on what bios settings I can use in order to
get the most out of my AMD 2500 & A7N8X-E Deluxe motherboard?

The manual isn't much help in regards to what will help performance,
and several of the categories are a little confusing. Specifically:

FSB Spread Spectrum (Disabled, .50%, 1.00%)
AGP Spread Spectrum (Disabled, .50%)
Graphics Aperture Size (32, 64, 128, 256, 512)
- I have a Radeon 9800 Pro w/128 - so should I set this to 128?

I don't want to overclock it (yet) - I'd just like to get a baseline
for how well it will run.

Also, I have two sticks of Corsair 3200 XMS memory (256mb each) and I
thought by having two I would be running in dual channel mode. But on
POST I see that it is running in single channel mode. How can I
switch it to run in dual channel mode?

Disable the spread spectrums. 128 for your card sounds right - I have a
9600 Pro on that setting but can't tell any difference from the 64.

Do you have your sticks in the right slots? 1&3 or 2&3 for dual channel.

Spread spectrum is useful if you are generating electromagnetic
interference. It spreads the clock frequency out a bit so you are not
generating all of the interference on one frequency. If nobody
complains, don't use it.
