Opportunity Form in BCM

My Business Contact Mgr won't load the opportunity form-I've reinstalled BCM
and no difference
 
Hi Sam

Do the Buisness Contact and Account form open fine ?If you have problems
opening the account from as well try doing a detect and repair of Office
from add/rem programs.Else could be a corruptions with the forms
 
Thanks Raul-I'll try that-if any further problems-I did download an update
off the MS site and it seems to have corrected problem so far-
