Opinios on Best Microsoft Digital Imaging Software

I am currently using Windows Picture it 10 Premium. I feel like I can do
more than the software allows and would appreciate comments on other
programs. I cannot afford to go the Adobe direction, but would appreciate
comments on your successes.

You can try a trial version of Adobe Photoshop Elements 3 from here:
http://www.adobe.com/products/photoshopelwin/main.html
You can purchase it for $80.00 at www.costco.com or look around for rebates.
It will not do the full Photoshop (in fact Picture is 10 is better than PSE3
for certain things) but it has a large set of tools and many tutorials
available to manipulate photos.
