Opinions on RICOH Aficio AP610N

My friend who needs an 11x17 printer (A3) asked me about this printer.
On paper, this is a much better value than say HP, but I don't really
know anything about Ricoh printers.

This printer would go into a small office, where it would be shared by
2 users. They will print maybe 200 sheets a month, but the 11x17
output is a critical need for them.

What is the experience with Ricoh office printers? Are they reliable?
What about paper jams. Print quality?

Look at the Canon Pro 9000. It can do 13x19

Ah, but my friend already has an inkjet printer and wants a monochrome
laser printer because it would be much faster and probably cheaper to
operate.
