I've been looking into several interesting online training places for me
and several of the developers that work for/with me.

I am interested to know what other developers think about companies like
http://www.vtc.com that charge just $30 per month and give unlimited
access to their library.

I've touched on the VB.NET tutorial there (you can get a sample chapter
for free) and though it was from the pre .NET 1.1 days it does seem like
an interesting approach for those of us that are visual learners.

Opinions?

Hi Mitchell,

I checked the library, they are providing the books that are good for basic
..NET programming. But I haven't used their service. Let wait here to see if
any community member has comments on this.

Content not withstanding, what do you think about the idea of learning
that way? It is basically a movie (which is really a Powerpoint
presentation) with someone talking over it. I like it, I think, but I
haven't gone through a full course - all their programming stuff is
pretty basic..

Thanks!

You're welcome, Mitchell.
