Opinion: ASUS P4P800 Delux

Hey

I am considering getting the ASUS P4P800 Delux motherboard coupled with
512MB Dual Chanel Kingston RAM. Any one here can give me any
reviews perhaps? Comparisons? Something better(same price range)?

find them.

Hi

Mine died recently. No POST or video. It also will not run Fedora Core
2. Otherwise it was a good mobo while it lasted.

If you are planning on overclocking, you should read the thread on
video artifacting at high overclocks on Abxzone.com . Other than
that, it will be a great board for you. The artifacts occur when
using CPU:FSB ratio 1:1 and a high value of FSB. If you don't plan
on running the board the way these guys do, don't worry about it.
