I have some problems with an computer from an employee.
When i start up this computer then i get this error: "operation system not found"

My question is:
Is there a dos command to fix this so that i can install for example Windows 2000 again, or is it the harddisk who's broken or something?

Please email me about this at
(e-mail address removed)

Thanks,

- Boot your machine with a Win98 boot disk from www.bootdisk.com.
- Get a copy of ntfsdos.exe from www.sysinternals.com
- Run this command: ntfsdos /L:efg

Have a look at drive C:. Can you see the folder c:\WinNT?

Post again with the result. It will influence the next step to
be taken.
