Yes. FrontPage 2003 requires Windows 2000 SP3 or higher. Home Edition,
Professional and Server all are supported

Can I use frontPage 2003 with Windows XP home edition?

Yes.

However, if you need to run a test Web server on the same
machine, you'll need to upgrade to Windows XP Pro.

yes that's exactly what's its to be used with - not supported in anything earlier
except I think Win 2K.
