Operating System Problem

My "C" drive fills up when I log off and when I log on, I get the low disk space warning and most of my apps won't work. I reboot and everything returns to normal. My other partitions are not affected. I can't figure out what's going on and it just started. Any help would be appreciated.

Using Windows Explorer (not Internet Explorer - but "My Computer"), what
files/directories are taking up all the space?
