close one. you are either double clicking the shortcut and it doesn't have
the recycle switch or you had two windows open and closed the main window
first. This remembers the two open windows so they both open the next time
you start outlook.
I have the same problem but only when Outllook opens my Exchange profile.
(My other profile is a pop3 account.) I know I'm NOT double-clicking to start
Outlook. If I close One of the Windows, they both close. This only started
about a week ago.
