Is there a way to insert page numbers on every page, except the first
page (title page) in an Open Office writer document?
(If there is, it sure is not self-evident like WordPerfect, or Word
etc.)

"If you want do not want to have a header or a footer on the title page
of your document, apply the "First Page" style to the title page."
