I couldn't find anything at the above page, that suggests that this project
is ready for download. Indeed I got the impression that this is a project
that is still in development. The download page
http://groupware.openoffice.org/servlets/ProjectDownloadList says "There are
no downloads for this project.".

You can download the Java sources from CVS.
