Openning Outlook

I have Office XP Pro and recently I have been receiving
two error messages when I open Outlook. They are:

Unable to load C:\WINDOWS\System32\ActExt.dll

and after the first one

Unable to load C:\CmdLaunchExe.dll

How do I get rid of these or what do I need to do to fix
the problem?
 
There should be a menu to allow you to fix office. I think it is a sub menu
of help. Have a look through you menu options in outlook and you should see
the option repair or fix office. You will probably need your original office
discs to do this. This should fix any errors in your installation. If you
can't find the option go to add remove programs and look for office
installation. Click as though you were going to remove and a menu should
come up asking if you want to remove, modify or repair. Try repair, if still
no luck remove and reinstall.
