For some reason clicking on a link does not open another IE window in full screen, only in half screen... Don't know what happened. Can anyone help?

Try stretching the small window to full size. (Do not use Maximize)
Ensure that window is the last one closed and IE should remember the
size next time.

After you stretch the window to size close it by clicking on File and then
Close.
Close.
