Is there a way that we can download the latest source. I know that it is
possible to browse it via the web interface, but is there a better way to
download the entire package (latest version), for example an ftp site?

Actually the "browse" source isn't the latest. There's a lot coming monday
that's not published at all.

You can get the source pieces as of a certain point in time, but there's no
way to get the entire source on a random day including all updates through
that point in time, no.
