OpenNETCF batteryLife/batteryMonitor

Can anyone give me a quick example of OpenNETCF's batteryLife or
batteryMonitor? I tried implementing both and all I get are 0% batteryLife
and no object for the batteryMonitor.

Are you using these components in the emulator by chance? The emulator
doesn't have a battery, of course, and doesn't simulate a battery either.
You will need to test these components on a hardware device.
