opening zipped downloads

I can't open downloaded zipped file because of the
accessibility wizard.
 
Can you please elaborate what do u mean by accessibility wizard.

What happens when you try to open the zipped files.

Do you have zip extractor tools.

Another thing: What type of compressed file are you trying to open, .zip,
rar, etc,. There are so many different types that no program is going to
decompress them all. Accessability Wizard?
