Two questions:

1. When I turn on my computer I get a windows screen the
says" Windows cannot open the following file: TFTP3508,
please select a program. I cannot get this to go away.
What is it? And how do I rid of it.

2. I tried to download the upgraded version of internet
explorer. During the install phase it stops and says to
check with my completer administrator to verify windows
logo? What does this mean. Now everytime I turn on my
computer this screen pops up to resume the download that
will not work. How can I get rid of this???

Please help,

1) Leftover from a blaster variant or welchia infection. The virus has
likely been removed, but the registry and services cleanup work is not done.
Start/run "services.msc" (no quotes), see if either of these exist:

Network Connections Sharing
WINS client

Do not confuse the first one with "network connection", which is a valid
service. If they exist, close the services snap-in, then start/run
"regedit", go to this key:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services

Look for and delete the following subkeys:

RpcTftpd
RpcPatch

Close the registry editor. Open Windows Explorer to
C:\Windows\system32\Wins, if either dllhost.exe or svchost.exe exists here,
delete it. If you get an error about the file being in use, restart in Safe
mode and delete it from there. Do not confuse these two files with the
legitimate versions that reside in the C:\Windows\system32 folders.

Restart normally, the problem should be resolved.
