Opening .wav file attachment in Outlook 2003

I upgraded from Outlook 2000 to Outlook 2003 and now I can't open any WAV-file attachments. I get an error message "can't create file. Right-click the folder you want to create item in and then click on the shortcut menu to check your permissions for the folder." I tried this with no success.
 
Empty your Temporary Internet Files and try again.
