Opening Tiff Files on XP

I am trying to open a tiff file on XP. It will open within Internet
Explorer and not open in the application, Wang Imagining. We don't want to
use the Windows Print and Fax Viewer that comes with XP. We tried to delete
the file associations, but it still opens withing IE.

have you tried to associate your images with your wang imaging s/w?
should work..
