Opening Regedit on remote PC via .reg file or command line

In regedit, you can connect to a Network Registry and change registry
settings remotely on another PC. Is it possible to create a .reg file which
opens the registry of a remote PC and loads the keys into that PC, or
possibly a switch from cmd which opens the registry of a Network PC?
I need to load a program on a number of PC's which requires me to run a .reg
file on each of them, and it would make it much easier if I could do it all
remotely.
Thanks
Ashley

One solution may be PSEXEC

HKCU remote alterations are problematic of course.
