Opening .pub files

Anyone out there know which software opens .pub files. I
got a resume in with that extension and my Microsoft
Greetings program wants to try to open it but says it
cannot find it when I point to it. I tried three
different addresses on my zip, desktop and temp file so
that I knew right where to look for it.
