How do I configure Outlook so that when it opens it displays immediately the
weekly calendar?

'Tools|Options|Other|Advanced Options', set "Startup in this folder" to be
"Calendar"

Hi Jorge,

Click on your calendar in outlook, then click on the particular type
of view that you want on the toolbar. In this case, click on Work
Week or Week.

Outlook should automatically open that way from now on.
