as it keeps sending error reports to MS and I can't access my contacts under
Outlook. Thank you in advance.

Would be great if you could mention the ezact error message ,also is BCM
also present with the outlook profile

Hi Raul, thank you for the reply here is exactly what happens:

Open MO
Comes on screen fine
After a little while error message from BCM: "Attempted to read or write
protected memory. This is often an indication that other memory is corrupted."
Click OK on message
New BCM window: "BCM has encontered a problem and needs to close. We are
sorry..."
Send error report
After confirmation of error report sent, back to MO and can retrieve e-mails
and send e-mails. Works fine exept refuses to open the contacts folder but
can access contacts when clicking on the "To" tab while creating a new
message."
I do you use a Dell Axim PDA didn't synchronise prior to the problem but did
download the 30/03 Window updates containing (as I recall) MO updates.
I use Norton 2006, it is up to date (at least 4 times a week) and I scan the
system regulary. Did last scan a couple of days ago with no problem reported.
I did a disc can as well with no reported problem.
I hope these informations will help.
Thank you for your time and help,

Francois

Note: these are Post SP 2 updates and you will have to extract these files
after you being installation

Also can you serach for the irisms32.dll and check the version under the
properties if it say 1 then try updating to BCM V2 from the below link
