Opening "Other Users Folder" is grey'd out

When I try to open another employee's user folder,
the "Other Users Folder" is grey'd out in my outlook, so
I can't click on it. I am using Outlook 2003. Is this a
permissions issue?

Yes. It's Exchange 2000.

Most strange. I would try creating a new Outlook profile, adding Exchange
Server as the only mail account.
