opening new windows in explorer

when i either click on a link or open a new explorer window, it only opens on 3/4 of a page. how do i fix this?

Stretch one of those windows out to full size- don't use maximize. Close
other IE windows. Close that window last.

If you mean the window size has changed try this.

If it's full size but some web pages don't "Shrink to fit it" it's down to
the way the site is designed, normally 800 X 600 is considered standard, in
that case your screen resolution may be the problem.
