opening new windows in explorer

How can I make sure that each window I open opens as a
maximised window? When I open a new window in internet
explorer it pops up at the smallest possible size!!!
 
Hi Richard,

Second windows are inherit to the window before it. This is generally
caused from pop-ups. To solve, drag the window using the double arrow to
the size wanted, then use File/Close or Exit.
