Opening new window problem

L

Hi, whenever I right-click to open a new window it is
never fully maximised. It's like the grey edges have been
pulled as far as possible, but I have to maximise it
myself. This problem has only just come up a few months
ago. I've tried resetting my advanced option, but to no
avail. Please help. Thanks!

Hi,

Please try the steps below .

1. Close all of the running programs and open windows.

2. Open IE by double-clicking the IE icon in the Desktop, and open a new IE
window
by clicking the link in webpage directly.

NOTE: Please don't maximize this IE window.

3. Move the mouse pointer to the bottom right corner of the new IE window,
and then
drag the window until it is the size you want.

4. Close the original IE window and then close the new resized IE window.

5. Open IE by double-clicking the IE icon in the Desktop and maximize its
size,
then close this IE window.

6. Open IE again. Now if you open a new window by clicking the links in IE
or
Outlook directly, you'll get the window with the size that you specified in
step 3.

Hope this helps.
